Your Legal Advocate was founded by Jesus David “JD” Moises, Esq., a trial lawyer with extensive experience in civil litigation, family law, transactional services, and dispute resolution. After spending years building and leading a multidisciplinary law firm that grew from a solo practice to 45 employees managing over 7,500 active cases, JD established Your Legal Advocate to return to what matters most: personalized, high-quality legal representation delivered with the strategic depth and courtroom readiness that clients deserve.

JD’s years of courtroom experience, his deep understanding of Florida civil and family law, and his commitment to achieving the best possible outcome through rigorous preparation and strategic execution are a direct benefit to his clients and their cases.

JD brings a unique combination of litigation depth and transactional experience to every engagement. Having built and managed a firm that became the sixth-largest in Florida in volume of lawsuits against insurance companies, he understands the mechanics of complex, multi-party litigation. Having founded a title company that facilitated over 1,000 real estate closings with values ranging from $105,000.00 to $55 million, he understands the business side of legal disputes in a way that many litigators do not.
